Managed Service
In addition to the Let Only service we will:
- Collect the rent and pay it over to you on the same day by bank transfer
- Obtain meter readings and pass on to the relevant utility companies
- Preparation of the Schedule of Conditions & Inventory
- Photographs of Property Condition/Appliances
- Arrange for the bond to be held with the TDS
- Carry out quarterly inspections on the property and advise you of any repairs/issues
- Deal with any maintenance issues and settle invoices from rent received
- Carry out a final inspection report upon Tenants vacation
- Liaise with the tenant prior to the end of their tenancy to minimize void periods
- Agree on costs for any dilapidations/damages before releasing the deposit
- Arrange any necessary cleaning and repairs, using the tenants bond
