As the UK housing market reopens while the coronavirus lockdown measures are eased, house hunters are seeking properties with a particular feature more than ever before.

As the government announces plans to slowly ease the lockdown to restart the UK housing market, which has been frozen since the lockdown measures were introduced, estate agents have been allowed to reopen, organise viewings, and conveyancers and removal firms can restart operations.

The property market was one of many industries that were effectively frozen due to the emergency measures used to halt the spread of the coronavirus back in February, but estate agents are hoping they will be given the go-ahead to re-open early May.
